Weasel OC concept

So I've had this character idea in my head for a few days now. He's a total spoiled brat that just likes to piss people off. Or something. I don't have any characters that are just outright mean for enjoyment, so he should be fun to mess with.

More experimentation with Photoshop brushes. I really like the chalk ones. Could come in handy for backgrounds.
